ราคาปิด, Example:ราคาของหลักทรัพย์ใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการซื้อขายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์เป็นรายการสุดท้ายของแต่ละวัน โดยระบบซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์จะหยุดจับคู่คำสั่งซื้อ/ขายอัตโนมัติ (Automated Order Matching หรือ AOM) ณ เวลา 16.30 น. แต่จะยังคงรับคำสั่งซื้อ/ขายจากบริษัทสมาชิกมาเรียงลำดับไว้ในระหว่าง 16.30-16.35 น. จากนั้นระบบคอมพิวเตอร์จะสุ่มเลือกเวลาปิดในช่วงระหว่าง 16.35-16.40 น. และนำคำสั่งซื้อ/ขายทั้งหมดที่ค้างในระบบจนถึงเวลาปิด มาคำนวณหาราคาปิดของแต่ละหลักทรัพย์ ด้วยวิธี Call Market ซึ่งมีหลักเกณฑ์ ดังนี้ • ใช้ราคาที่ทำให้เกิดการซื้อขายได้ในปริมาณมากที่สุด • ถ้ามีราคาที่ทำให้เกิดปริมาณซื้อขายมากที่สุด มากกว่า 1 ราคา ให้ใช้ราคาที่ใกล้เคียงกับราคาซื้อขายครั้งสุดท้ายก่อนหน้านั้นมากที่สุด • ถ้ามีราคาที่ใกล้เคียงกับราคาซื้อขายครั้งสุดท้ายก่อนหน้านั้น มากกว่า 1 ราคา ให้ใช้ราคาที่สูงกว่าเป็นราคาปิด • ถ้าช่วงที่ใช้วิธี Call Market ไม่สามารถหาราคาปิดได้ (เนื่องจากการซื้อขายขาดสภาพคล่อง) ให้ใช้ราคาซื้อขายที่เกิดจากวิธี AOM ในลำดับก่อนหน้านั้นเป็นราคาปิด [ตลาดทุน]
วันปิดสมุดทะเบียนพักการโอนหุ้น, Example:วันที่บริษัทกำหนดให้นายทะเบียนหลักทรัพย์ปิดรับการโอนหุ้นของบริษัทเพื่อให้นายทะเบียนหลักทรัพย์ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่ปรากฏอยู่ในทะเบียนหลักทรัพย์ ณ วันดังกล่าว เป็นผู้ได้รับสิทธิต่าง ๆ ที่บริษัทประกาศมอบให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นครั้งล่าสุดนั้น เช่น สิทธิรับเงินปันผล สิทธิจองซื้อหุ้นเพิ่มทุน หรือสิทธิเข้าประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น ดังนั้นหากผู้ลงทุนที่เข้าไปซื้อหุ้นในวันดังกล่าว หรือหลังจากนั้นก็จะไม่ได้รับสิทธิที่บริษัทประกาศมอบให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นในคราวนั้น ๆ [ตลาดทุน]
