ระวังเรื่อง bore ไม่ได้แปลว่า เบื่อ

แต่ bore = เป็น verb แปลว่า ทำให้(คนอื่น) รู้สึกเบื่อ

boring = adj. แปลว่า รู้สึกเบื่อ

bored = adj. แปลว่า น่าเบื่อ หรือ ถูกทำให้รู้สึกเบื่อ

มมาดูประโยคตัวอย่างกันคะ

She bores me with her stupid story. (ในที่นี้ bore เป็น verb  ประธานเป็นเอกพจน์ bore เลยเติม s)

She bored me at  the party yesterday (ในที่นี้ bore เป็น verb ช่อง2 เพราะเป็น past tense)

She is boring me now (ในที่นี้ bore เป็น Verb เติม ing เพราะว่า present continuous)

She is a boring girl ในที่นี้ boring เป็น adj ขยายคำว่า girl แปลว่า น่าเบื่อ

She is bored by the movie ในที่นี้ bored เป็น adj แปลว่า ถูกทำให้เบื่อ หรือ รู้สึกเบื่อ
