ยางไฮโดรจิเนตอะไครโลไนไทรล์บิวทาไดอีน หรือยาง HNBR เป็นยางสังเคราะห์ชนิดหนึ่งซึ่งได้จากการเกิดปฏิกิริยาไฮโดรจิเนชัน (Hydrogenation) ของยาง NBR สมบัติของยาง HNBR มีความทนทานต่อการเสื่อมสภาพอันเนื่องมาจากความร้อน รังสีที่มีพลังงานสูง และโอโซนสูงมาก ใกล้เคียงกับยาง EPDM และเนื่องจากมี CN อยู่ในโมเลกุลทำให้ยางชนิดนี้ทนต่อน้ำมันได้ดี ยาง HNBR มีสมบัติทั่วไปอยู่ระหว่างยาง NBR และยางฟลูออโรคาร์บอน เนื่องจากยางชนิดนี้มีราคาสูง จึงนิยมใช้ยาง HNBR แทนยาง NBR เฉพาะกรณีที่ต้องการใช้งานในสภาวะที่รุนแรงหรือที่อุณหภูมิสูงเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ยางชนิดนี้ยังมีข้อดีเหนือกว่ายางฟลูออโรคาร์บอน คือ มีความทนทานต่อสารตัวเติมที่มีฤทธิ์เป็นด่าง เช่น สารประกอบเอมีน ได้ดี จึงนิยมใช้ในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยางที่ใช้ในแท่นขุดเจาะน้ำมัน [เทคโนโลยียาง]
